There is no figure on this page, and the reason is not commercial.

Doctors in Turkey are not permitted to publish treatment prices. Clinics that display them do so through intermediary agencies, or by ignoring the rule.

But even if I could, I would not open with one. A price without a specification tells you nothing — and in surgery abroad, the low number is almost always the incomplete number.

What this page gives you instead is the structure of the cost, what moves it, and what the very cheap packages have removed. With that you can assess any quote you are given, including mine.

What the cost is actually made of

The implants. Manufacturer, model, profile. The difference between an implant from a manufacturer with a documented track record and one without is real — and with implants you are not only paying for the device. You are paying for the warranty and the traceability.

The hospital and the operating theatre. An accredited hospital costs more than a day clinic. This is not about comfort. It is about what happens if something goes wrong at three in the morning.

The anaesthetic team. A consultant anaesthetist, present for the whole operation, is a line of cost. It is not a line you want to wonder whether someone has cut.

The surgeon’s fee.

Pre-operative tests and medication.

The number of nights of hospital care and supervised recovery.

Follow-up. Twelve months of scheduled review has a real cost, even though it never appears on a price list.

What changes the cost in your case

The implant type and profile chosen
Whether an uplift is also required — that is a second operation, not a surcharge
Whether this is a revision of previous surgery, which is almost always more complex than a primary operation
Your anatomy, and what the plan actually requires
The length of your stay, if you choose to remain longer

What my package includes

The initial consultation, online, directly with me
The operation, the surgeon’s fee and the anaesthesia
Hospital care and the operating theatre
The implants, with the documentation and serial numbers you take home
Pre-operative and laboratory tests

About language. Consultation and follow-up in English are conducted directly with me, without an intermediary. For Romanian I work with a dedicated interpreter, present throughout your stay.

About the pre-operative tests. They are included. There is one exception and it is worth stating plainly: if the tests reveal a condition you did not declare at the consultation, the additional investigation and treatment for it are not included.

That is not a clause to protect me. It is the real reason you must tell me everything beforehand — medication, chronic conditions, previous operations, smoking. An undeclared condition does not only cost money; it changes the risk of the operation, and I cannot plan around something I do not know about.

What it does not include: the flight, additional days if you choose to stay longer, and personal expenses. I cannot control which airline you book, and I cannot control how long you decide to stay after the operation. What is inside my control, I cover; what is not, I do not pretend to.

Why the very cheap packages are cheap

This is the useful part of the page. A package far below the market is not an offer. It is a list of things that have been removed. Usually one or more of these:

The surgeon operates on many patients a day. Cost falls with volume. What falls with it is the planning time given to each case.

You do not meet them beforehand. The consultation is done by a coordinator or a sales advisor. The surgeon sees you for the first time on the morning of the operation.

Discharge on day three. Every night of hospital care costs money. What gets cut is precisely the period in which complications appear.

Implants without a track record. Manufacturers with no long-term data, sometimes with no documentation for you to take home.

No follow-up. Once you have left the country, the relationship is over.

The agency’s commission is included, but invisible. If you booked through an intermediary, part of what you pay does not reach your operation.

Costs that appear later. Tests, medication, the post-operative bra, the airport transfer, an extra night because you were not cleared to fly. An “all inclusive” package that does not list what it includes, does not include it.

What you are actually comparing against

Private breast augmentation in the UK is considerably more expensive, and the NHS does not fund it. That gap is real and it is why you are reading this page.

What is worth understanding is where the gap comes from. Some of it is genuine — theatre costs, salaries and overheads differ between countries, and that difference is yours to keep.

Some of it is not. It is the surgeon’s time per patient, the number of nights you stay, and whether anyone is responsible for you after you land. That kind of saving you pay for later.

What to ask before you book

Whichever clinic you choose:

The name of the surgeon, in writing
How many nights after the operation, and who performs the final examination
The complete list of what the package includes and excludes
The implant manufacturer and model, and whether you leave with the documentation
What happens, and who pays, if a revision is needed
What follow-up looks like after you get home

If the answer to any of these is vague, that is the information.
